By now, I am sure all Lost fans know that the show is quite interactive. In fact, Lost has been known to air commercials of in-show corporations during the episodes, open websites which have to do with relevant companies, and even create real billboards or telephone numbers that one can phone; through these and many other techniques Lost allows its viewers to truly live the Lost experience.

This thread is created for anyone who is interested in learning more about the interactive information or for anyone who follows the alternate reality games (ARG) with dedication. Please, feel free to discuss your general opinion of Lost's interactive tactics or of specific information pertaining to the mysteries. Have fun!

Lost's Interactive Endeavours:

Oceanic-Air.com - Lost's first interactive airline website - Oceanic-air.com is the first official Oceanic Airlines website by ABC/Lost. The website is sometimes down, so it may not be usable. (SOURCE: http://lostpedia.com/wiki/Oceanic-air.com)

The Lost Experience - Lost's first FULL Alternate Reality Game - The Lost Experience (TLE) was an alternate reality game (ARG) designed by the writers and producers of Lost to expand the storyline. It was the first Lost ARG, beginning in May 2006 during the broadcast of the last few episodes of Season 2, and ran until just before the start of Season 3. The Lost Experience was internet-based and featured a parallel story line that was not part of the TV show. There were no winning prizes, but the Experience claimed to offer clues that could unlock some of the island's many secrets. It included the introduction of new characters and the mysterious Hanso Foundation. Clues were varied by continent, so participants would benefit from coordinating their information via the internet. Lost: Missing Pieces - Lost's series of Webisodes/Mobisodes - Lost: Missing Pieces is a series of 13 mobisodes/webisodes, available for viewing first on Verizon mobile phone devices, and six days later on ABC's website. Made by the same cast and crew that produce the series, they feature new content that is incorporated into the existing storyline of Lost, and as such are considered a canonical extension of the series. The mobisodes are released weekly, leading up to the Season 4 premiere, and are between 1:22–3:27 minutes in length. (SOURCE: http://lostpedia.com/wiki/Lost:_Missing_Pieces)

FlyOceanicAir.com - Lost's second interactive airline website - Flyoceanicair.com is the second official Oceanic Airlines website by ABC/Lost. It is a follow up on the first official site, Oceanic-air.com. On december 28th, 2007, its existence was announced via a press release on ABC Medianet. The press release contained a telephone number that directed the audience to the new website. The announcement dealt with Oceanic's return to the airways, and was downloadable from the website itself as well. This website was then "hacked" on December 31 leading up to Lost's second full ARG, Find 815. (SOURCE: http://lostpedia.com/wiki/Flyoceanicair.com)

Find 815 - Lost's second FULL Alternate Reality Game - Find 815 is the second and currently ongoing Lost alternate reality game from ABC studios and the creators of Lost. It began on December 31, 2007 and is scheduled to produce content for players until two hours prior to the premiere of Season 4 on January 31, 2008. The main website as part of the game, Find815.com, will then be available for a further eight weeks before being shut down. The game itself started with a fictitious press release from Oceanic Airlines touting a return to the skies after months of investigation into the disappearance of Flight 815.
