CELEBRITY APPRENTICE DISCUSSION - THURSDAY - 1/24/08 - NBC - 9/8C
A Knight on Broadway
The celebrity contestants are assigned to sell tickets to Broadway shows in a challenge highlighted by a testy argument, one celeb donning a knight's costume and a rush through jammed Big Apple traffic.
David Hyde Pierce and wrestling promoter Vince McMahon appear.

I wasn't very shocked that the Women lost again. I just had a feeling that they would yet again.
When they lost I knew Jennie would be going home. She just wasn't as cutthroat as many of the other gals.
If the girls lose again next week... A guy will win this show...
A guy will win this show...
An Omarosa will win this show.:)

Sorry, no offense to Omarosa fans, but I think she is exactly what Carol said: a cancer. Bad idea for Marilu not to rid herself of her festering crap. I still can't believe that these other people - as D-list as they are even considered getting on the same program as her.
I didn't really consider this edition credible to begin with - only watchable in terms of entertainment value, since these tasks being performed by celebs and wannabe celebs are slanted anyway...but shesh - get rid of the idiot they call Omarosa...she's the clown. If she doesn't go soon, I fear I won't be watching much more because I find her loathsome and just ridiculous, not even entertaining to laugh at.
One thing I don't like about this season is the fact that it is ALL based on your celebrity and who you know.

I agree, AIW. I thought it was pretty funny that Piers was getting so much credit for putting on that dumb costume, when it was his being known in England that was getting him people to buy tickets, not the stupid costume.
Marilu did make a big mistake by not utilizing David Hyde Pierce though. Sheesh, DAVID HYDE PIERCE. Star of the biggest show that she was selling tickets for, and huge star for his role in Frasier. It was pathetic seeing him stand on the sidewalk doing nothing. :(
As for Omarosa, she can be effective as an apprentice, but no doubt she is in the game for herself.
