Week 1

Welcome everyone to the first week of Celebrity Apprentice.

I have already explained the rules in the sign-ups, but I will re-explain just in case.

There are two teams. Men vs. Women.
Every week, teams choose a Project Manager based on what the weekly project is.
The PM's job is to delegate tasks and make sure the project gets finished.
Once the deadline is passed, the judges and I will discuss to see which team deserves to win.
The Project Manager of the winning team wins immunity for the next week, but the Project Manager from the losing team must bring 2 people from their team into the boardroom.

Onto the boardroom, the three people (Project Manager and the 2 selected people) are up for elimination.
Questions will be asked, honesty is appreciated.
And then, I will fire (eliminate) somebody.
Then, new PMs are selected based on the new project, etc.
If there are any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Here is how I will give out the weekly projects.
My friend showed me this amazing website called Prezi.
Him and I will create a "Prezi", which is basically a super cool PowerPoint, and in the PowerPoint, there will be everything you need to know about a certain week.

Boardroom

"Welcome to the boardroom, teams. I am your host, Melania Trump, since Donald has given me control over this season of The Celebrity Apprentice. This week's task was to come up with a new Popsicle product. I have to applaud both teams for coming up with very interesting products, but the judges and I have come to a conclusion. Before announcing the winners, I do have a few questions to ask you guys, and I would like for you to answer them truthfully. They may not be easy to answer, but this is what makes the game so difficult."

The PMs for this task were;

Women's team: Kristen (Catastrophe)

Dominic: Who was the strongest link of your team and why?
Ernie: What did you think of this first task?
Harry: What name did your team come up with and why that name? If you were to lose, which two people would you bring back to the boardroom with you?
Matthew: How did your team perform?
Nick: What is the product that your team has come up with?
Nigel: Do you think your team is the winning team? Why or why not?

I will post results in 5 days, or once all the questions have been answered.
Which means the deadline for the questions are; April 22nd @ 8 PM EST.
If you don't answer, you get a strike. 3 strikes, you're out.

Megan: What did you think of this first task?

This challenge seemed like it would be easy at first sight. However when a team is incorporated with multiple opinions it made it much more tough. However, I think that our team overall did great!! I am excited to seethe results

Kristen: What name did your team come up with and why that name? If you were to lose, which two people would you bring back to the boardroom with you?

We came up with the name Aurum, because it is the Latin word for gold and we are a golden team!

If our team were to lose, I'd have to bring back Jordan and Janelle. It sucks picking people, but I do believe those two were the least invested this week. Sorry guys.

Kellie: Would you have changed anything from the product your team has come up with?

I like our final project, and am confident we came out on top. I have no real complaints.

Patti: What is the product that your team has come up with?

Our product is an amazing Golden Honey Popscicle. It is a delicious, refreshing popscicle with drops golden honey inside. You'll love it!!

Nick: What is the product that your team has come up with?

Our product is a Pineapple Mango swirl pop. Succulent and delicious

Harry: What name did your team come up with and why that name? If you were to lose, which two people would you bring back to the boardroom with you?

We chose Crackerjack which means of excellent quality or ability. It's a fun name with a great meaning. Everyone contributed in some way to this task, so it would be a shame to lose anyone from this team. However, if we lose (and I don't think that we did), I would have to bring back Dominic and Nigel because they were the least involved in this task. Of course, after hearing what the ladies came up with, I'm really not worried about losing.

Ross: Would you have changed anything from the product your team has come up with?

I did voice my concern that a fruit flavor might be too predictable but I do think we came up with a delicious blend of fruits.

I think we are the winning team. We have a strong concept
And went for it Btw I feel like its really surprising that the pm wants to pick me. I came up with our name, ice cream taste, shape and color. I haven't been online as much the last few days but I think I've contributed one of the most of our team.

Kathy: How did your team perform?

I think we performed well. If we compare the flavors, I think we're a lot more creative and out of the box, you can pretty much get pineapple mango as a flavor for whatever ice cream. Hardly a new product if you ask me.

In terms of how our team did internally: I think our project manager has a style of leading that stimulates creativity. She didn't cut up the challenge into different tasks that people could be assigned to, she just went trough the process step by step and gave everyone a chance to voice their opinions and share their ideas. The only disadvantage is that it's harder to see who came up with what, but I think I know who our weak links were, and I personally feel that despite being away for a large part of the challenge, Janelle was certainly not one of our weak links I feel.
