I tip at restaurants generally 10-20% depending on the service. Only once have I tipped nothing, the lady wouldn't look at me, wouldn't refill my drink, but filled other people's drinks, got my order wrong and then wanted to take our plates back halfway into my group's meal... they had just opened, not like they were closing. I have friends that are servers, most get $2 an hour from the restaurant and they rely on tips. Then you have restaurants that share tips... which doesn't make sense.

I always tip pizza drivers. Online they charge a "Delivery fee" that doesn't go to the pizza delivery driver. It's basically a "hidden" fee that is used to make the price of pizza seem less than what it really is. If you can pick your pizza up at the store, do that... unfortunately I can not.

I'm guilty of leaving a tip to cashiers that give you a receipt to sign with the "tip amount" above the total. I've left it blank and no one has been angry, but it's awkward to leave blank sometimes.

I cut my own hair, and I don't use taxis, so no tip there either.
