Week 8: Life's A Beach

Diamond: I like this because the model is smiling and having fun and to me, that's what that statement embodies, total fun.

ANTMAnthony: I like this and it really works like what Diamond said. My complaint would be that her smile is so big, it comes off a bit corny but it still a very nice job.

NYUguy: So fun! Love her body. I agree that the smile is a bit corny/posed, but it's still fun. Great job!

Diamond: I like this photo, it's visually attractive, I'm glad there's like a serene sense to this photo, although I'd rather it be pure happiness, it's nice.

ANTMAnthony: I like that this photo is very soft and that it's very relaxed. I think that is what I kind of get from the theme that life should be very fun or relaxed and not as stressful as we make it to be. I like that this shot just works for the theme and still selling jeans.

NYUguy: Why is she leaning on the tree like that? It doesn't seem very relaxed to me. and WAY too much sun screen. WAY WAY WAY too much. Start rubbing it in, dude. Okay, I like the shot. Very serene. Don't like the photoshopped Mt. Rushmore/president faces. Weird and distracting.

Diamond: This is ok. It's cute, and a nice smile, just not blown away.

ANTMAnthony: I would say that this is nice, it doesn't wow me but I get what you were going for I just find your model not projecting anything, she is very bland so this is nice.

NYUguy: She giving me nothing, but she's Hot with a capital H. She seems very serene. Nice connection.

Diamond: This is artisitcally attractive, the beach balls and whatnot. Just not sure how I feel overall.

ANTMAnthony: I love the shorts but really I'm not into the way they're shown in this because it really shows them at an unflattering angle and I find the balls swallowing up the shot. I find that had this not have been so zoomed and showed the legs it would have been so much stronger.

NYUguy: Yes Yes Yes, I completely agree ANTM. This shot would be brilliant if it wasn't so zoomed in. I like the beach balls. All around not fantastic.

Diamond: Well.................not sure what to add lol

ANTMAnthony: I get what you were going for, it's more like she is a bit more carefree and doesn't let things hold her back, just enjoy life and it all go. Although we can't see your model her body language is enough for me to get that stride in her step and her playing with her hair.

NYUguy: I actually don't see it enough in the body language. I read a little sad walk. Melancholy. Regret? Not what you were going for, I don't think.

It's being held up because of me. I'm blocked again and I cannot find any photos that work for this challenge, so I've withdrawn. Sorry for letting it drag on this long. I've really struggled finding photos for this game and I have tried to make it work but I'm just not cut out for this game.

I mean really you had two players left and could have continued in the game with at least one. So I dont understand why you would not submit anything

Sorry just kind of ticks me off when people come this far in a game and give up and basically ruin it for others. I can undsteand not having time to do a challenge and such but you still would have a chance in the game

Let's be real. The game started with 7 people playing and 4 of them have quit for one reason or the other. The game has struggled and it's not my fault so don't try to say that I ruined the game now cuz that's just crap. The only reason I even still had two players was because Synnamin dropped out. I missed a photo shoot before for this same reason, I've turned in stuff way past the deadlines before and even then it was not stuff that I was proud of or even though was okay, I just did it because I was out of time and I was trying to make it work. I've told the host about my issues finding photos to match the themes and he's been more than patient with me. But too much time has passed and I still can't find something to turn in and sending in something now that stinks just to go through the formality of getting eliminated would be pointless. I'm sorry that you feel this way bbgamer and it's not my intention to spoil anyone's fun or hurt anyone's feelings but at this point, it's not even fair for me to continue because of all the missed deadlines and unspoken extensions.

3 may have quit, Synnamin never quit. She wouldnt quit unless it was serious. She didnt give up because she couldnt come up with a picture. I too have had a hard time with the themes but still submitted. but ya if the host is giving you unspoken extensions that isnt fair to the rest of us in the game
